Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is looking for a Senior Safety Engineer - PMC to join our team in Saudi Arabia within the Oil & Energy sector. This role involves taking a leadership position in managing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with safety standards on all projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in safety engineering and a keen understanding of project management consultancy.

Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of safety management systems and programs.
* Conduct comprehensive safety audits and risk assessments on various projects.
* Oversee incident investigations, analyzing data to improve safety performance.
* Provide expert advice on safety regulations and best practices to project management teams.
* Prepare and deliver safety training sessions for employees and contractors.
* Monitor and report on safety performance metrics, suggesting improvements where necessary.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 15 years of experience in safety engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior role within PMC.
* Strong knowledge of safety legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
* Proven experience in conducting safety audits and risk assessments.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
* Certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are highly desirable.
