Are you an experienced Class 2 (Cat C) Driver with knowledge of load securing looking for reliable, ongoing work?
We are currently recruiting a Class 2 Scaffolding Driver to support a busy operation delivering materials across East Sussex. This role offers consistent work within a professional team, with the potential for long-term opportunities.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
* Delivering scaffolding materials and equipment to various sites across East Sussex
* Strapping and securing loads correctly in line with safety regulations
* Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
* Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep
* Providing a professional service at delivery sites
Duties may vary depending on operational requirements.
Requirements
* Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence
* CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* Previous experience delivering scaffolding or similar materials preferred
* Experience securing loads (strapping essential)
* Good understanding of road safety and load security regulations
* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
