Elevation HR are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking company who are now looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join the team for a 12 month FTC.
The role of Employee Relations Specialist will provide advice and guidance, supporting managers on people management case work and absence support.
The ER Specialist will:
* Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
* Conduct thorough, unbiased investigations into employee complaints, ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance.
* Advise managers and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and best practices related to performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee conduct.
* Monitor trends in employee relations and report insights to leadership, recommending proactive strategies for improvement.
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have solid experience of Employee Relations with the ability to build strong working relationships with all levels of managers
* Have experience of early reconciliation with ACAS
* Demonstrates a sound understanding of employment law
* CIPD L5, or working towards
