Role: Community Manager – Workspace Operation (Community & Events) Location: Wigan Salary: Up to £32k - New Launch – Exciting brand and innovative operator! We are recruiting an exciting role for a fresh thinking, diverse and fast-growing workspace brand and property company that provide high quality office space and stunning social spaces. The venue offers a great community feel, with a people centric and ethical viewpoint, and includes meeting rooms, chill out areas, gym, roof terrace, space for events and a café bar. This is an exciting opportunity as you will work closely with the Head of Operations to launch this stunning new workspace venue and be involved in every step of the launch. The role: Customer service; To lead the workspace operation offering exceptional customer service, help and advice to members, making their work life experience as seamless as possible. Sales; Lead tours / show rounds of the workspace to potential members, showcasing the office spaces, fantastic social spaces and community experience on offer. Events & Networking; Attend networking events, social media drives and be a key part of the planning and organising of community projects and the venues monthly events calendar. Administration; Supporting with business administration, assisting with IT set up and maintenance logs, office set up and renewals. Building Management; Assist in the management of the building, overseeing the cleaners and Health & Safety The Person we are looking for: You will ideally have experience in the workspace / serviced office sector, however we will also consider management background in hospitality, event spaces or residential block management. Customer service focused, a great energy and being able to show passion and commitment to your role is key. You will enjoy networking and being a part of a community. Strong IT skills, strong administration skills, excellent organisation with a proactive attitude and work ethic. Someone who is ethical, can show empathy and genuinely cares about people.
