Location: Perth (Scotland)
A leading construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their on site team, delivering a high-profile major leisure and residential development in the Highlands. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic, client-focused environment, supporting the successful delivery of complex, large-scale project.
Reporting to the Project Director, you will play a key role as part of a small team managing the earliest elements of the project including infrastructure and ground works from early feasibility through to completion, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards of quality, programme, and cost control.
Responsibilities
Lead Sections of the Project Delivery
Manage the end-to-end delivery of elements of a major leisure and residential project, ensuring all works are executed in line with client expectations, programme requirements, and budget constraints.
Programme & Risk Management
Develop, monitor, and drive project programmes, identifying and mitigating risks while proactively resolving issues to keep delivery on track.
Cost & Commercial Oversight
Work closely with cost management teams to monitor budgets, review valuations, and ensure financial control across all project phases. xsngvjr
Design & Delivery Coordination
Lead coordination between design teams, contractors, and consultants, ensuring seamless integration of design intent and delivery on-site.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager within a consultancy or client-side environment
Strong background delivering major leisure and/or residential developments: particularly infrastructure works
Excellent understanding of project lifecycle from feasibility through to completion
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
Degree qualified in a relevant construction, engineering, or project management discipline (desirable)
