The Role
* As a Food & Beverage Host, you will deliver exceptional service in an elegant setting, where every detail matters.
* You will take and deliver food and drinks orders, providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues.
* Multifunctional Food & Beverage management and support across outlets within the hotel (restaurants, bars, in-room dining, conferences and events), covering early and late shifts.
* Ensure that all Food & Beverage bookings are managed and communicated across the department in a timely manner.
* Have in-depth knowledge of the booking system used within the Food & Beverage department.
* Ensure guests are called pre-arrival and communicate any specific requirements to the teams.
* Liaise with guests for private events within Food & Beverage.
* Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, delivering great customer service.
* Upsell with the latest departmental incentives.
* Carry out cleaning duties as assigned in any of the Food & Beverage outlets.
* You will work 5 days per week, including weekends and bank holidays where required.
