What You’ll Do Play a critical role in supporting new customers integration, ensuring excellent standards of care from day one of a customer’s journey with HSM. Your responsibilities will include: Providing short‑term care and support, focusing on new customer integration. Building strong rapport with customers and their families from the outset. Identifying risks, safeguarding concerns and any required interventions. Communicating clearly with branch teams, field care supervisors and other professionals. Ensuring accurate, timely documentation that meets regulatory standards. Representing Home Support Matters with professionalism, empathy and expertise. What You’ll Bring Strong experience in care or support roles. Confidence in assessing needs and making informed decisions. Excellent communication and calm under pressure. Solid understanding of safeguarding and risk. A proactive, organised and professional approach. A Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle with business insurance. Minimum availability must include: 07:00 - 13:30 AND/OR 16:00 - 22:00 With a requirement to work every other weekend or every saturday/every sunday.
