Supported by an incredible team of volunteer healthcare professionals and helpers, our annual trips create magical experiences for children and their families during incredibly difficult times.Having supported more than 1,600 children and proudly recognised with the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service, we are now looking for a passionate and ambitious Corporate Fundraiser to help grow our impact even further.The Opportunity:This is more than a fundraising role. It's an opportunity to build meaningful partnerships that directly change children's lives.We are seeking an energetic, relationship-focused professional to lead and expand our corporate fundraising programme across the UK.
You'll manage valued existing partnerships while proactively securing new supporters who share our mission and values.If you are confident building relationships, presenting to stakeholders, networking with businesses, and inspiring others to support a worthy cause, we would love to hear from you.What You'll Be Doing:Building Strong Corporate PartnershipsManage and grow a portfolio of corporate supporters ranging from local businesses to national organisationsDevelop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersDeliver outstanding supporter stewardship and engagementAct as the primary contact for corporate partners, ensuring regular communication and relationship developmentDriving Fundraising GrowthIdentify and secure new corporate partnerships across the UKDevelop creative fundraising and sponsorship opportunitiesResearch prospective partners and create tailored proposalsWork towards agreed income targets and fundraising objectivesRepresenting the CharityAttend networking events, fundraising activities, and corporate functionsDeliver engaging presentations and talks to businesses and community groupsInspire organisations to get involved in campaigns, sponsorships, and eventsAct as a passionate ambassador for the charity and its missionManaging Administration & ReportingMaintain accurate fundraising and partnership recordsProduce reports and updates on fundraising activity and performanceEnsure compliance with charity policies and fundraising regulationsAbout You:We're looking for someone who is:A natural relationship-builder with strong communication skillsConfident presenting and speaking publiclyProactive, self-motivated, and organisedExperienced in fundraising, sales, account management, business development, or relationship managementComfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholdersWilling to travel across the UK when requiredDesirable ExperienceCharity or non-profit sector experienceKnowledge of CSR and corporate partnershipsExperience delivering fundraising campaigns or eventsWhy Join Destination Florida?This is a chance to join a highly respected charity where your work will have a genuine and visible impact on children and families facing extraordinary challenges.You'll be part of a passionate, supportive organisation with a powerful mission, helping create moments of happiness and hope that families will remember forever.Every partnership you build helps make those experiences possible.TPBN1_UKTJ
