Yell is seeking ambitious, proactive Business Development Managers to join our dynamic team. About the Role

As a key member of our Field Sales team, your responsibilities will include:

1. Hunting for New Business: Prospecting through self-sourced and company leads to open doors to new clients.
2. Tailoring Solutions: Conducting face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
3. Closing Deals: Presenting, negotiating, and sealing deals with new and existing clients to increase revenue.
4. Client Management: Nurturing relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience with ongoing account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
5. Data Analysis: Reviewing data to identify growth opportunities, enhance client ROI, and ensure long-term success.


Qualifications

* Proven success in sales (Field Sales or High-Performing Telesales)
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Resilience and a positive attitude in overcoming objections
* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
* Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential)
* A full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
