What you’ll be doing:
* Driving a 3.5‑tonne van to deliver groceries to customers’ doorsteps on time and in excellent condition.
* Performing vehicle checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Role‑modeling and coaching to maintain high standards of performance and efficiency across the food hall.
* Managing compliance to processes while ensuring seamless operational flow.
* Directing a small team of managers to deliver the online delivery operation of the supermarket, taking full accountability for every out‑going delivery.
* Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor to fulfil online orders and deliver to customers.
