Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and curious Copywriter to support our External Communications team. This role is for someone who enjoys interviewing people, developing narratives, and writing clear and engaging copy.
What difference will you make?
You will help drive external communications by creating op-eds, blog posts, and short reports on key themes affecting employers and neurodivergent employees.
What are we looking for?
* Strong writing and editorial skills, with some examples of past work
* Comfortable conducting interviews and synthesising insights
* Ability to write clearly, concisely, and with an engaging tone
* Curious about workplace trends, DEI, or neurodiversity (no prior expertise required)
* Passionate about inclusion and telling impactful stories
What will you be doing?
* Conduct interviews with corporate members, NiB spokespeople, and subject-matter experts
* Write op-eds, blogs, and reports on topics relevant to neuroinclusion in the workplace
* Develop Findings Reports based on roundtables, interviews, and member insights
* Support identification of emerging themes and topics for Member roundtables
* Produce insightful, accessible, and engaging copy
* Ensure consistency of messaging
