Ysgol Harri Tudur / Henry Tudor School is seeking firm but fair, kind, caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants who are passionate about helping young people succeed. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real and lasting difference to the lives of pupils with a broad and diverse range of Additional Learning Needs.
Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence, develop independence and feel safe, valued and included within school life. You will be based primarily in mainstream classrooms or within our Learning Resource Centre, providing tailored support that enables pupils to engage positively with their education and achieve their potential.
This role goes beyond classroom support. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will help shape a nurturing and inclusive school environment, build trusted relationships with pupils, and contribute directly to their academic progress, emotional wellbeing and personal development. Your commitment and care will have a significant impact not only on individual learners, but on the wider school community.
