Responsibilities
:
1. Work with Bankers, Product Partners and Underwriters on global export agency finance transactions..
2. Build a solid understanding of Citibank products and services within Trade, Banking and the broader organization.
3. Be willing to familiarize with Citibank's credit policies and practices and regulatory policies.
4. Experience with credit approval, documentation, structuring, execution of export agency finance transactions.
5. Provide training for risk and business partners on export agency finance processes.
6. Rmend changes to process to achieve greater efficiency.
7. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by drivingpliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
8. Relevant years of experience at a senior level.
9. Preferred experience with export agency finance transactions.
10. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (preferred) - previous experience working in a financial institution with additional experience in a loan officer or underwriting role. (credit trained a plus)
11. Advanced analytical skills including the ability to read and assesspany financial statements, cash flow, industry andpetitive analysis and projections
12. Demonstrated knowledge of intermediate accounting theory and its practical application in the credit underwriting process
13. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability toplete assignments in a timely manner
14. Effective written and verbalmunication skills
15. Problem recognition and resolution skills
16. Ability to work autonomously and within a team
17. Proficient in various spreadsheet and word processing applications (Excel and Word are preferred), including the use of graphs and charts, and Moody's financial analysis software
Education:
18. Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
