Technical Account Manager

Up to £45,000 + quarterly bonus (realistic package c£55k)

Why this role?
This isn’t your typical sales job. There’s no cold calling—you’ll be nurturing warm leads, responding to inbound enquiries, and unlocking opportunities within existing accounts. You’ll be the most senior person in sales, acting as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate complex product ranges and technical solutions.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing and growing existing accounts
* Building strong relationships and spotting opportunities for growth
* Leading the full sales lifecycle—from enquiry to post-sale support
* Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to deliver smart, tailored solutions
* Mentoring junior team members and bringing energy to a quiet but capable team
* Using CRM tools to track leads, actions, and customer journeys
* Occasionally visiting high-value customers, with most interactions via Teams, phone, or email
