Are you a creative, energetic, and hands-on Teaching Assistant who loves making learning fun and engaging? We’re working with a friendly primary school in Chigwell looking for a TA who brings imagination, enthusiasm, and positivity into the classroom.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys thinking outside the box and supporting children through creative learning approaches.
The Role:
1. Supporting pupils across the classroom through creative, child-led activities
2. Using art, play, storytelling, and practical learning to engage pupils
3. Supporting small groups and 1:1 where needed
4. Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and emotional regulation
5. Working closely with teachers to adapt learning in fun and accessible ways
The Ideal Candidate:
6. Experience working in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
7. A creative mindset – drama, art, music, play, or outdoor learning experience welcomed
8. Confident supporting pupils with SEN or SEMH (desirable but not essential)
9. Warm, proactive, and great at building relationships
10. Passionate about making learning enjoyable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
