BP Rolls Newport is an expanding team of commercial vehicle repair and maintenance specialists.As part of our growth Newport is now looking for 2 experienced Vehicle Technicians to work on the late / evening shift in the workshop.

Our Newport Depot is a key part of our expanding network, and we are looking for 2 driven and experienced Vehicle Technicians to fulfil demand on the late shift in the workshop (17:00-03:00).
The role (x2)
The Late Shift Technicians play a crucial part in the smooth running of our out-of-hours vehicle repair and maintenance operations, responsible for ensuring works continuity and
delivering high standards of workmanship, collaborative teamwork and maintaining a safe & productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are carried out in line with BP Rolls’ procedures and compliance standards.
* Conduct quality control checks and complete job cards and reports accurately.
* Coordinate with the day shift supervisor for seamless handovers and job continuity.
* Maintain health and safety standards at all times, participating in periodic toolbox talks and ensuring proper use of PPE and workshop equipment.
* Provide technical guidance and support to team members as required.
* Liaise on parts availability to ensure consistent stock levels & replenishments for works undertaken.
* Contribute to a positive team environment focused on high performance and professionalism.
Hours
45 hours per week 17:00 to 03:00 Sunday – Thursday or Monday - Friday
