We're seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Children & Families Team in Stroud as an Advanced Practitioner. This is a key role where you'll help shape exceptional services for children, adolescents, and families across Gloucestershire.
As an Advanced Practitioner, you will:
👦 Create the best outcomes for children and adolescents with complex needs
📂 Hold a protected caseload, focusing on high-quality and impactful work
🚀 Provide leadership around quality assurance, practice improvement, and performance support
🤝 Work closely with your team to embed strong, consistent practice
🔍 Support risk management and decision-making across complex cases
