About the Role
A rare opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Personal Injury Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to join a highly specialist and market‑leading defendant injury team handling complex and catastrophic injury matters. This confidential opportunity offers the chance to work alongside some of the most experienced professionals currently operating within the sector, within a close-knit and expert team environment.
This role is ideal for individuals currently managing fast-track or lower-value personal injury claims who are looking to elevate their career into high-value, technically demanding litigation involving life-changing injuries and significant quantum exposure.
You will gain exposure to exceptionally high-value cases, typically ranging from £250,000 to multi-million-pound claims, involving:
* Complex and catastrophic injury litigation
* Detailed quantum assessment and strategy
* Reviewing and analysing medical evidence, rehabilitation reports, and expert quantum reports
* Managing indemnity and liability considerations on substantial claims
* Supporting and progressing cases involving severe injuries, long-term care requirements, and complex loss calculations
* Working closely with senior experts on technical, strategic litigation
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner
* Have prior personal injury litigation experience, with strong interest in progressing into catastrophic and large-loss work
* Possess experience reviewing medical records, schedules of loss, or quantum-related documentation
* Demonstrate strong analytical and organisational skills
* Be eager to develop within a highly specialist area of litigation
* Thrive in a collaborative, technically focused team
