As Head of Human Resources Operations, you’ll have operational responsibility for all day-to-day HR transactional and restructuring activities, employee relations, payroll and day-to-day colleague experience across the UK&I. You’ll manage your team to support operations across a full range of functions covering c650 colleagues based nationwide across the UK and Ireland. This will include all HQ functions and particularly large field engineering, contact centre and logistics colleague populations. You’ll work alongside the wider HR team (who are responsible for Talent Acquisition, Engagement, DEI, Wellbeing and Learning) to deliver a best in class service and help us to achieve our zero-distance to colleagues and candidates aim. You’ll be a CIPD Qualified Head of HR with demonstrable experience in change management. You’ll be capable of ensuring that colleague experience and human resources excellence are at the heart of business decisions. We’re a digital first business, operating a manager self service model, so you’ll need extensive HRIS experience, ideally having utilised Workday.
