They are seeking a Process Engineer at their western Indiana facility.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and participate in engineering projects to improve plant performance
* Monitor daily production and create process flow diagrams
* Design and specify plant processes for efficiency and safety
* Prepare proposals, reports, cost estimates, and process documentation
* Introduce innovative, safer, and cost-effective techniques
* Manage engineering tasks within schedule and budget
* Maintain current technical knowledge to keep the plant competitive
* Collaborate across departments, plants, and suppliers to share best practices
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to operators and junior engineers
* Resolve complex troubleshooting issues using your process expertise
What You Bring to the Table:
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, ABE, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
* 5-7 years of engineering experience in manufacturing
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Knowledge of chemical unit operations and Process Safety Management (PSM)
* Preferred experience with:
• Corn Wet Milling or Food Manufacturing
• Gas or steam dryers, rotary vacuum filters, dewatering presses, centrifuges
• Pollution control devices like scrubbers, stacks, or RTOs
