Graduate Electrical Engineer (Public Street Lighting)

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will be part of vibrant Streetcare services team within our environment directorate and be at the forefront of lighting up our community, ensuring our public spaces shine bright to keep our residents safe.
As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will assist senior engineers and the public lighting department with day-to-day maintenance, fault repairs and lighting designs while developing your skills and knowledge in Public Lighting.
As part of your daily routine, you will shadow and learn from experienced staff. You will attend onsite inspections, create job pack, assist with projects and designs, prepare reports/contracts and attend relevant training courses and qualifications.

About you:
Do you have:
1. A Degree level Class II Division II or better in a relevant Electrical degree or equivalent.
2. Good standard of written and verbal communication.
3. Good standard of computer literacy.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
