Property Manager – Oxford
Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 OTE per annum

About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will play a critical part in delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and to the highest standards. You'll enjoy a varied day-to-day workload and the support of an experienced, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service, meeting and exceeding team and individual standards
* Investigate and resolve property-related queries
* Advise landlords and tenants on suitable actions regarding property issues
* Coordinate and liaise with contractors and third-party suppliers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Negotiate between landlords and tenants to find effective solutions
* Work towards targets, including management upgrades
* Support in gaining new management instructions through selected market appraisals
* Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance
Skills & Experience Needed
* Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
* Calm, positive approach under pressure
* Previous customer service experience essential
* Knowledge of HMO requirements within Oxford City (advantageous)
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt
