Recruit4staff are representing a well-established facilities management company in their search for a Commercial Gas Engineer to work in Nottingham
Job Role: Mobile role working on a variety of commercial maintenance contracts. Tasks include heating and combustion reactive repair works, scheduled PPM duties, diagnosing and repairing faults including basic electrical issues, and working on commercial/industrial boilers and related appliances. In addition, responsibilities include domestic servicing, minor plumbing, stock control, and participation in a call-out rota, all while adhering to time-sensitive client expectations.
Job Details:
* Pay: Up to £48,000 per annum (Depending on experience & qualifications)
* Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
* Duration: Permanent
* Company van (personal use available)
* Door to door travel
* Enhanced overtime rates after 43 hours worked (OTE of circa £70,000–£80,000)
* 21 days holiday + bank holidays
* Tools and uniform provided
* Pension
* Fault finding and breakdown repair of commercial heating plant
* Service and maintenance of heating plant
* Service and maintenance of plumbing systems
* PPM and reactive maintenance

* HVAC service and maintenance

* Building fabric maintenance
Essential Qualifications:
* ACS Commercial Gas tickets
* ACS Domestic Gas tickets
* Full UK Driving Licence
Desired Qualifications:
* ACS Commercial Catering tickets
* F-Gas Category 1
* Electrical Engineering qualifications
