Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced painter/handyman to assist with refurbishment work at a student accommodation site. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing rooms for new residents
* Painting bedrooms and walls
* Siliconing and caulking
* General touch-ups to ensure a presentable appearance
No CSCS card is required. All tools and materials will be supplied on site.
