The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a leading institutional asset manager (c.£250M AUM) known for its forward-thinking approach and broad asset class coverage. Their legal team is growing, and they’re now seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (Regulated Funds & Distribution) to support UK and cross-border fund activity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on UK authorised fund structures (UCITS, NURS, LTAFs)
* Support UK AIF launches and ongoing management
* Provide regulatory guidance on cross-border distribution
* Drive input into regulatory change projects
* Manage external counsel and third-party relationships
* Draft, review and negotiate key fund and distribution agreements
* Help shape internal policy and contribute to team leadership
What You’ll Bring:
* E&W qualified solicitor (c. 4+ PQE) having trained at a recongised law or in-house within asset management
* Strong knowledge of UK authorised funds and regulatory landscape
* Experience with AIFs is a bonus
* Excellent legal drafting and communication skills
* Commercial mindset with a collaborative working style
