Job Role: Area Cleaning Support Officer Loction: Maidstone, Hybrid working Hours: Approx. 36/hrs per week Pay: £18.80 Purpose of the Job: Provide effective support across contract management, with a focus on good administration, keeping scheduled activities organised, highlighting any missed deadlines or issues, and carrying out site visits to maintain high standards. Ensure all aspects of contract administration are delivered in line with agreed schedules and procedures. Act as the main day-to-day contact for the service provider, providing cover when required, and supporting the smooth and consistent delivery of services to customers. Main duties and responsibilities: Supporting the Contract Officer with all contract administration of the Cleaning contract Supporting with all contract finance processes including raising purchase orders Organising and updating files on Microsoft Teams Updating various excel spreadsheets tracking key contract information Ensuring contract deadlines are met as per the contract delivery plan Responding to service requests and maintaining accurate records Liaising with contractors, staff, and members of the public to resolve queries and issues Providing general administrative and operational support to the team Connect2Kent is a trading style of Commercial Services Kent LTD - A company wholly owned by Kent County Council.
