Join us as a Housing Management Lead (Empty Property Specialist) at Thirteen Group!
Thirteen Group is looking for a Housing Management Lead (Empty Property Specialist) to join our Housing and Communities team. This is a pivotal, specialist role focused on driving performance, consistency and transformation across our empty homes service.
You’ll take ownership of how we manage empty properties across the organisation – leading improvements in turnaround times, reducing income loss, preventing turnover whilst embedding a consistent, high-quality approach to recharges and decants. Acting as our subject matter expert, you’ll influence how services are designed, delivered and improved across all areas.
This is a roam role, so you’ll work mainly from home and at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. You might choose at times to visit some of our neighbourhood areas as part of our quality assurance and auditing requirements, thus enabling you to have a closer experience for customers. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.
