Responsibilities:
1. Provide front line support for Open GI system, Puzzel mail manager system, and other associated applications used by the business.
2. Perform routing maintenance tasks, including upgrades during core business hours and system maintenance outside normal hours as needed.
3. Manage month-end processes on a rota basis outside of normal hours, including out-of-hours support.
4. Develop new system processes and documentation to enhance systems in line with strategic changes.
5. Assist in testing new software and online updates.
6. Coordinate with third-party providers regarding mutual system solutions.
7. Handle daily administration and maintain records according to internal processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Experience with Open GI system administration and development.
2. Proficiency with SQL database reporting tools.
3. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
4. At least 2 years of insurance industry experience and understanding of key insurance functions.
5. Knowledge of industry legislation, compliance, Consumer Duty, and TCF.
6. Ability to collaborate with business units to gather project requirements.
7. Commitment to quality and a thorough work approach.
8. Proven ability to work well within a team and develop strong working relationships.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.
