The Opportunity
We’re seeking acreative, driven, and visionary Head Chefto lead our culinary team and shape the future of dining at Levantine Hill. This is a rare opportunity to leave your mark on a growing luxury estate, working closely with ownership and leadership to craft menus that celebrate Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours with a modern Australian twist.
What You’ll Do
Lead the food division across all venues: restaurant, events, and hotel breakfast
Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver seamless guest experiences
Design and develop seasonal menus and tasting notes
Manage kitchen operations, budgets, and vendor relationships
Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team
Uphold the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Head Chef in a premium dining environment
Passion for Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving hospitality setting
Availability for weekend work during peak seasons
