As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and increasing revenue, while managing some existing accounts. Your focus will be on identifying new opportunities, developing relationships, and expanding the company’s footprint across multiple sectors.
You will be responsible for:
* Driving business growth by developing and executing strategies to win new clients and sectors
* Managing and growing existing accounts, ensuring strong relationships and upselling additional services
* Selling a diverse portfolio of digital print solutions
* Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities across the Midlands and Northern regions
* Collaborating closely with production, operations and marketing teams to deliver exceptional client service and successful campaigns
Key attributes required:
* Proven track record in business development, ideally within digital print solutions, marketing services or creative industries
* Experience managing and growing existing client relationships while acquiring new business
* Strong knowledge of digital print, direct mail or multi-format print
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within group strategy to meet growth goals
