Lead Teacher Manager – The Role
As Lead Teacher Manager, you will lead the Acorns SEMH Behaviour Recovery ARP within a mainstream primary school. You will manage and support a dedicated ARP team, oversee high-quality teaching and learning, and ensure pupils with SEMH needs receive consistent, trauma-responsive support. You will work closely with families, external agencies, and senior leaders to promote positive outcomes and reintegration where appropriate.
