full-time, long-term roles

The Role
This is a
full-time position (Monday–Friday)
supporting secondary-aged pupils who require consistent behavioural and emotional support.
You Will
* Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support
* Build strong, professional relationships with pupils
* Support emotional regulation and de-escalation
* Implement behaviour support plans and EHCP strategies
* Help pupils engage with learning and routines
* Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and senior staff
Pupils may present with SEMH needs, Autism (ASC), ADHD, attachment needs, or trauma-related behaviours.

* Consistent, reliable, and proactive
* Available for full-time work
Highly Relevant Backgrounds Include
* Behaviour mentoring
* Youth work
* Care or residential support
* Sports coaching
* Psychology graduates
* Alternative provision experience
* Security or intervention roles working with young people
Previous school experience is beneficial but
not essential
— attitude and resilience are key.
