Temporary Sales Administrator
We’re seeking a Sales Administrator to join a busy office team on a temporary basis (3–4 months). This role will support the smooth processing of customer orders and ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Process orders accurately within the ERP system (SAP).
* Provide order confirmations to customers.
* Raise deliveries and delivery notes.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
* Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Skills required
* Previous experience working in a sales office environment.
* Confident in using SAP (essential).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Details of this role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary, 3–4 months, could become permanent for the right person
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
Hourly rate of pay: £18.00ph
