Our client is a leading global consumer brand who are looking for a Digital Operations Executive to support and scale its customer reviews and user-generated content (UGC) programme across multiple European markets.
This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role focused on improving the online customer experience through effective coordination, reporting, and optimisation of review operations.
You’ll manage day-to-day operations of a multi-market reviews programme, working with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery, high-quality outputs, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and deliver operational projects across multiple regions
Manage timelines, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
Monitor performance, identify risks, and ensure on-time delivery
Support reporting and insights on customer reviews and engagement
Improve processes to enhance efficiency and user experience
Maintain strong communication across teams and senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years’ experience project managing in digital marketing, social media, or customer engagement environments
* Interest in customer experience, UGC, and online engagement
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar
* Fluent English (additional European languages a plus)
