The Role
HireGiant are looking for a professional and reliable Class 2 Driver to join our established client based in West Bromwich.
This role offers ongoing work with a genuine temp to perm opportunity for Class 2 drivers who perform well. You will be delivering palletised goods across the pallet network, ensuring safe and efficient deliveries and collections.
Responsibilities
* Completing up to 12 deliveries per day (palletised goods)
* Handling 24 collections on return to base
* Using pump trucks and operating tail lifts safely
* Delivering to businesses, warehouses, and distribution points
* Completing paperwork and PODs accurately
* Providing excellent customer service at every stop
Requirements
* Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
* Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph card
* Previous multidrop experience preferred but not essential
* Physically fit and able to manage palletised deliveries safely
Hours & Pay
* Start times: 06:00–08:00
* Typical delivery hours: 08:00–18:00
* Shifts: 8–12 hours per day (Monday–Friday)
* Pay rates: PAYE £14.00–£14.50 per hour (DOE)
