:
1. Provide expert business analysis to support a data-driven approach to improving processes and systems for staff and students
2. Lead business process reviews, using appropriate mapping tools and techniques to understand current practices and identify improvement opportunities
3. Identify, develop and recommend change initiatives that improve efficiency, including opportunities for system automation
4. Work with stakeholders and systems developers to gather comprehensive business requirements, defining data flows and system integrations
5. Collaborate with colleagues across the Hartpury community to design innovative, sustainable process and system improvements
6. Lead and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to capture insights and shape effective organisational change solutions
About You:
7. You will have Business analysis or process design qualifications (e.g. BCS, IIBA, ISEB, LEAN six sigma, ITIL, relevant degree) or relevant professional experience
8. Experience of managing and delivering complex and varied projects (such as process improvement or software development implementations)
9. Ability to support development of business processes with digital systems including gathering comprehensive requirements and understanding data flows and integrations
10. Demonstrable ability to present complex data using appropriate visualisation tools and use effective presentation skills to provide key insights
11. You will be comfortable working flexibly, to a high degree of accuracy and within tight deadlines.
12. Have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
