Duties
* Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide medication administration as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
* Prepare meals tailored to individual dietary needs
* Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary
* Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional wellbeing
* Monitor and document changes in clients' conditions or behaviours for case management purposes
* Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance overall quality of life
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement effective behaviour management strategies

* Driving license & car required
* Comprehensive training included
* No prior experience necessary
