We are looking for a Sales Administrator to work on a permanent basis in Wigan.
The role is working full time Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
Salary is £22,600 per annum plus 25 days holiday and bank holiday plus pension etc.
Duties for the Sales Administrator:
· Processing incoming sales orders via e-mail or phone accurately and in a timely manner
· Answer and deal with customer queries
· Responding to customer orders and e-mails
1. Follow up order status and reporting of any problems or delays
2. Update customer contract details
3. Producing credits
4. Produce and check invoices
5. Order transport as required and liaise with freight forwarders and carriers
6. Producing Dangerous Goods Notes for Export purposes
7. Producing customs invoices
8. Record Export orders
9. Check transport invoices
10. Liaising with production and warehouse
11. Liaise with Internal and External Customers
12. Providing proof of delivery and copy invoices
13. Providing sales reports
14. Producing costings for products
15. Cover for reception and other site when required
16. Answering phone calls
17. Taking messages for other departments
18. Carrying out other administrative duties as required
