All About the Role
Based at our Bristol site, we have a vacancy for a Warehouse Operative. The purpose of this role is to ensure customers’ orders are fulfilled to the highest standards in a fast-paced environment. The hours will be: 14:00 – 22:00, Monday to Friday
Specific tasks could include:
•Pick computer generated orders with handling of heavy and large items
•Loading, cutting, and offloading of steel
•Ensure all documentation is correctly actioned for accuracy of stock. Transferring stock to its location using a Forklift trucks and crane
•Assisting in the overall production and dispatch of customers’ orders
•Keep work area clean and tidy maintain high levels of Health and Safety.
•Be adaptable and flexible in approach to work to meet operational requirements
•Operate machinery (only when trained to do so)

Essential Skills for the role:
10. Have a flexible attitude, be results oriented, and enjoy working in a team environment.
11. Ideally have operated Fork-Lift or Side-loader but not essential as training will be given.
12. Health & Safety awareness able to work safely to procedures.
13. Ability to work on own initiative
14. Understand process notes.
15. Able to use measuring equipment.
16. Used to working to deadlines.
17. Driving License
