Endeavour Law Limited is a growing, client-focused firm with a strong reputation for delivering practical, efficient, and high-quality legal services. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancer with 2–3 years' experience to join our expanding property team.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer who can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
* Managing files efficiently and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has 2–3 years' conveyancing experience (qualified or experienced non-qualified candidates considered)
* Can manage a busy caseload independently
* Has excellent client care and communication skills
* Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Works well as part of a supportive and professional team
