Your new company
\nOur client is a highly-regarded defendant law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting a Professional indemnity Associate with 2+ years PQE to join their industry-leading team in Birmingham. Post-qualification experience of professional indemnity is desirable, but the firm will consider those with strong commercial litigation experience.

\nYour new role
\nThis Professional Indemnity Associate role will see you responsible for:
\n\n
\n\t
* A range of defendant professional negligence claims brought against professionals such as solicitors, accountants, architects, engineers, and surveyors.
\n\t
* Working alongside a Partner in the team, assisting on higher-value, complex professional indemnity disputes.
\n\t
* Liaise with clients, counsel, and experts.
\n\t
* Attend court hearings and mediations.
\n\t
* Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives.

\nWhat you'll need to succeed
\nYou must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 2+ years PQE. Ideally, candidates will have qualified experience in Professional Indemnity or have strong commercial litigation backgrounds. You must be able to demonstrate a key interest in professional indemnity and should have a strong academic background.
