Job Overview
Official title is Senior Proposition Manager, however, they are open to speaking with anyone who has Commercial and/or Bridging Mortgage experience at either a broker or within Product, Proposition, Underwriting, Business Development, Relationship Management, Credit Risk, Business Change, etc. as the skills are transferable.
Location: London, Kent, West Midlands or Fareham - 2 days in the office with flexible start/finish times.
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + 15% Bonus + 28 days holiday and much more!

Key Responsibilities
* Identify opportunities for new products and enhancements through detailed market research and competitor analysis.
* Collaborate with Sales, Credit Risk, Underwriting, Operations, and IT teams to deliver market-leading solutions.
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and customer needs.
* Present key insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders, shaping the future of the business.
Required Experience
* Market insights and competitor analysis.
* Crafting business cases and go-to-market strategies that drive commercial success.
* Understanding of UK mortgage market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
* Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Commercial & Bridging lending/sector knowledge (6 months+ minimum).
