Nurse Practitioner/Paramedic Practitioner - Creech near Taunton
Symphony Healthcare Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Paramedic Practitioner to join their dedicated multi-disciplinary team at Creech Medical Centre near Taunton in Somerset.
This is a part time post of 9 hours per week on a Permanent contract, working on a Friday.
The annual salary range for this post is £53,523.75 - £61,820.74 per annum, depending on experience (pro rata for part time hours).
Main duties of the job
You will provide clinical support to Primary Care based at Creech Medical Centre and will work closely with the Multidisciplinary team (MDT) and Clinicians to provide healthcare for our patients. The post holder will work within their professional boundary and capabilities at all times, referring cases to GPs and other healthcare professionals as necessary.
