Robert Half is partnering with a high-growth private equity firm to appoint a Finance Manager. This is a broad, hands-on finance role within a lean but high-performing team. The Opportunity: This is a unique opportunity to join a growing finance function within a boutique private equity firm. The role will work directly with the CFO, covering mostly accounting with some fund exposure and contribute to strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day finance operations (bookkeeping, payments, payroll, expenses) Coordinate with third-party fund administrators on fund accounting and reporting Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (IFRS/GAAP) Support VAT returns, tax compliance, and audit processes Assist with treasury management and cash flow forecasting Maintain financial models for performance tracking and analysis Contribute to management and board reporting Collaborate with investment and operations teams across jurisdictions Identify and implement process improvements as the firm scales Ideal Candidate Profile Qualifications & Experience ACA qualified (preferred) or strong ACCA with financial services focus 1-3 years PQE in industry, ideally within private equity or financial services Strong technical accounting knowledge; IFRS/GAAP essential Experience at a Big 4 firm or similar highly desirable Experience with listed companies Soft Skills Proactive, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset Strong attention to detail with a commercial outlook Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
