About Our Client

Job Description
3. Manage all aspects of accounting; billing, financial statements, general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
4. Manage the rebate process.
5. Posting bank transactions.
6. Balance sheet reconciliations involving a high volume of transactions.
7. Analyse labour recovery/process costs for the Manufacturing site.
8. Analyse Freight costs.
9. Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
10. Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Accounts Assistant should have:
11. AAT Qualified would be beneficial.
12. Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
13. High attention to detail and accuracy
14. Ability to direct and supervise
15. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment.
16. Strong background in Accounts Payable would be beneficial.
17. Excellent communication skills
