Senior Software Engineer
Location: London (Remote First - Occasional travel)
Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + equity + benefits
An established, global technology business within the hospitality-tech industry is seeking a talented Frontend Software Engineer to help build and scale cutting-edge digital solutions. This is a chance to work on greenfield projects - building new, scalable products that help venues create seamless, data-driven guest experiences from the ground up.
What will I be doing?
* Design, develop, and deliver high-performance, customer-facing features using TypeScript, ReactJS, and Redux.
* Own key product features end-to-end from architecture and implementation to optimisation and deployment.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data Science teams to shape intuitive, impactful user experiences.
* Contribute to a modern, cloud-based environment (GCP, Firebase, BigQuery) and scalable, modular frontend architecture.
* Champion best practices around performance, accessibility, and maintainable code.
* Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to uphold engineering excellence.
What do I need to be successful:
* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years' experience developing web applications with React or similar modern frameworks.
* Proven experience designing scalable frontend architecture and building interactive, data-rich interfaces.
* Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React Hooks, Redux, and modern UI/UX principles.
* Experience working within cloud-based infrastructures (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure).
* A passion for building exceptional, customer-centric products and working collaboratively to solve complex challenges.
