Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of young people
Deputise for the Registered Manager, includingOfsted inspections
Oversee staff rotas, supervisions, and training
Take part in the on-call rota and provide confident leadership
Experience inchildrens residential care
Knowledge ofchild development & learning disabilities
A full UK driving licence and access to a car
Private use of our company holiday home on the south coast (when not in use for our children)
