1. Salary: £31,200 + £41,200 Realistic On Target Earnings
2. Hours: 45 Hours Monday - Friday only!
We are currently working with a well established Motor Trade Car Dealership who have been operating in their local area for 40 fun years and counting! Within this Service Advisor role your typical duties will include:
8. Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with Car Technicians
9. Liaison with customers about any additional work required
10. Greeting customers and scheduling services
11. Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
12. Handling customer complaints
13. Responding to customer requests
14. Warrant administration and reporting
15. Tracking the vehicle through the workshop
The Successful Service Advisor will be greeting customers in to the Automotive Service Department, liaising with the Vehicle Technicians in the Workshop to chase work in progress, keeping customers informed, and gaining authorisation for any additional work to be carried out whilst keeping your customers informed throughout the complete repair process.
