Our client is looking for a new Head of Corporate Solutions to join their team based in Farnborough. The organisation is a major UK financial advice provider supporting thousands of individual and corporate clients. The Corporate Solutions team advises employers on pension schemes, auto-enrolment requirements, and wider employee benefits. The Head of Corporate Solutions leads this division, overseeing consultants, managing client relationships, and driving commercial growth. Purpose of the Role - Act as the market-facing lead for the Corporate Solutions channel. - Own and enhance the corporate advice proposition. - Ensure delivery in line with Consumer Duty and FCA standards. - Lead the channel’s performance, capability, and compliance. - Provide first-line supervision, coaching, and professional development for consultants. Key Responsibilities Commercial & Strategic - Meet or exceed channel targets, including P&L, new business, and client retention. - Identify and convert opportunities from business owners and senior decision-makers. - Contribute to wider organisational strategy, projects, and commercial development. - Drive continual improvements to operations, processes, and client service. Client & Relationship Management - Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients. - Ensure high-quality advice, documentation, and customer experience. - Support the acquisition of new clients and development of new opportunities. Leadership & Supervision - Lead, coach, and supervise consultants under the Training & Competency framework. - Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and monthly meetings. - Recruit and develop team members to maintain high standards of competency. Risk & Compliance - Maintain robust risk management, reporting, and adherence to FCA and internal standards. - Ensure all staff complete required CPD and follow suitability guidelines. - Monitor performance, KPIs, and regulatory obligations. Planning & Reporting - Deliver accurate monthly forecasting and management reporting. - Support compliance actions, project work, and internal collaboration.
