Roles and Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
* Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
* Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the holistic development of each child.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting respect and good conduct.
* Participate in school-wide activities, professional development, and parent-teacher meetings.
What we're looking for:
* A Qualified Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* A deep understanding of the primary school curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
* The ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
* A creative and flexible approach to teaching and problem-solving.
* A strong commitment to safeguarding and the well-being of all students.
